Kumbhalgarh Fair In Rajasthan

History of Kumbhalgarh fort:
This fort was constructed under the instructions of Raja Kumbha in the 15th century. It is the second most important fort of the Mewar region. This fort is located at top of the Aravali mountain peak. Because of the geographical conditions and the inaccessibility this fort has remained un-conquered. Kumbhalgarh fort is a silent witness of the golden era of the Mewar rulers. This fort is also known as the birth place of King Maharana Pratap.
