Festival Tour of Rajasthan will enthrall you with enchanting desert
festivals, it's cultural events, its glorious forts and of course the golden
sand.
Day 01: Arrival at Delhi
The company representative shall meet you in the arrival visitor's launch
at the Indira Gandhi International Airport with a paging board. You will be
transfer to your hotel. The representative shall complete formalities of
checking in the hotel. There will be a complete introduction to the
consolidated culture of an ancient land, a window to the kaleidoscope - that
is India.
Overnight will be at Delhi.
Day 02: A Day Trip to Old Delhi
In the morning take your breakfast and be ready to explore the capital of
kingdoms and empires. You will be visiting the Old Delhi. This part of Delhi
owes its origins to Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. It offers monuments, narrowed
streets and bustling bazaars. The main structure is the Red fort built of
red sandstone; it houses the famous Diwan-e-khas, the beautiful audience
chamber where the Moghul Emperor Shah Jahan held his court by sitting on the
peacock throne.
Board the Rickshaw Ride, for a unique experience through the Chandni Chowk
or the silver street, experiencing the sights and sounds of this busy avenue
heading west from the Red fort. Opposite the fort you will be visiting the
largest mosque in India - the Jama Masjid and as you walk down its steps,
you arrive into the teeming market place famous for brocades, braids,
silver, manuscripts etc, a nice hub for shopping. You can try some
delicacies of typical Indian cuisine at Chandani Chowk-Gol Gappa, Kulfi
(condensed milk ice cream) and some mouth-watering sweets. Continuing the
tour of Old delhi, visit Raj Ghat (Where the Father of Nation, Mahatma
Ghandi was cremated).

Day 03: A Day Trip to New Delhi
Commence your city tour of New Delhi after breakfast. Drive past the state
Government buildings designed by Lutyens, visiting Rajpath leading up from
the war memorial arch India gate, up to the imposing presidential palace -
the Rashtrapati bhawan - built on Raisina hill and flanked by the
secretariat buildings. Landscaped parks and formal gardens surround the
magnificent monuments all over the city. You will also drive through
Connaught Circus and Diplomatic Enclaves. The tour is ended at the tower
Minaret of Qutab Minar another attraction of this edifice is an amazing
2000-year-old iron pillar erected in 4 AD, which has never rusted. Evening
at your leisure, enjoy some recreational activities in the hotel.

Day 04: Delhi/Agra
Morning after breakfast you will be driven in luxury tourist coach to Agra.
Enjoy the drive on the well-developed high way road to Agra. After reaching
your destination check in at the hotel. Relax and get energetic for a day
trip of Agra Ciry. You will be drive to Taj Ganges parking place from there
you will take in the battery operated Bus to World famous Taj Mahal. Taj
Mahal one of the 7th wonders of the world was built by Shah Jahan in 1631 AD
and was completed in 1651AD. Taj Mahal - The symbol of Love was constructed
in the memory of Mumtaz Mahal (Shah Jahan' s Wife). It will be a real treat
for your eyes, a memory you will cherish through out your life. Beside Taj
Agra has lot in its treasures. Then you will proceed towards Agra Fort, a
huge fort built by Akbar in 1525 AD.
Night at hotel.
Day 05: Agra/ Jaipur
Next morning proceed for your next destination-Jaipur. By afternoon you
will be reaching the pink city of Rajasthan. After lunch our first tourist
destination will be Amber fort another attraction of the fort is the
elephant safari that can be hired from below the fort. The fort is perched
on a hilltop and has some marvelous architectural splendor. The day
itinerary will be including Shish Mahal, a beautiful palace, the interior of
the palace is embellished with glasswork, will definitely spellbinds you.
This visit will be accompanied by Maharaja Man Singh's Palace who had twelve
queens.
Evenings will be at hotel .
Day 06: Full Day Sightseeing of Jaipur City
After breakfast, you will head for the Pink City to see the 18th century
astronomical observatory, Jantar Mantar and the captivating City Palace of
the Maharaja of Jaipur. The palace had some unique collection of delicate
paintings, royal costumes, jewelry and arms and ammunitions, you cannot
escape from the charm of this marvelous wonder. Enjoy the typical Rajasthani
cuisine at Rajasthan Village displaying typical Rajasthani culture and
tradition. The evening are at your leisure, you can stroll around the
bustling bazaars of Jaipur and go for some exquisite shopping of Tie-Dai,
mirror work textiles.

Day 07: Jaipur/Ajmer
Next morning drive for Ajmer City, one of the most holy pilgrimage center
of Muslims. You will be visiting here the Dargah or tomb of the great Sufi
saint Khwaja Moin- ud- Din Chisti. The visit will be followed by visiting
the Akbar's Palace of Mughal Emperor Akbar where his son Jehangir received
Sir Thomas Roe for granting him permission of trade with India.
Day 08: Ajmer/Jodhpur
We drive to Jodhpur, night at the hotel. Morning after breakfast full day
tour is arranged for you. Located at the edge of the Thar Desert, this royal
city of Jodhpur echoes with stories of antiquity in the vast, lonely desert.
The city is full of desert charisma as you start your cruiser through
Jodhpur City. You will notice that the rough barren terrain of the desert
has the stipule green cactus, shrubs and Keekar trees main vegetation of the
Jodhpur City. On en-route pay a visit to the famous Jain Temples of
Rannkpur.
Night at hotel.
Day 09: Jodhpur/Jaisalmer
Mounting from the heart of the Thar Desert like a golden fantasy is the
city of Jaisalmer. Reaching the city at noon, After lunch you will be
visiting the living Forts, havelis belonging to various merchants and
Gadisar-the pond. Another attraction of the city is its Desert Festival-
that took place every year around January-February. It is worth making a
trip at the festival time, which is entrusted with many cultural events,
camel races, folk dances, colorful bazaar and traditional singing of folk
songs. Viewing sun setting from the dunes of sand is a mesmerizing
experiencing.
Day 10: Jaisalmer/Khimsar
After breakfast we'll head for Khimsar. On arrival in the town you will
check in at the hotel and thereafter visit the Khimsar Fort. The fort will
takes you back to the by gone era of Rajputana Regime. The fort has some
magnificent structures inside its colossal walls, a must visit sight.

Day 11: Khimsar/ Bikaner
From Khimsar we will be proceeding to Bikaner, on arrival check in the
hotel. First you will be taken to unbeatable fort of Junagarh, your next
visit will be the camel breeding farm, here you will be given informed about
the camel breeding, the care that has been given to the camels in respect to
medical facilities. In Bikaner also make a visit to the exquisite palaces
and luxurious parks and don't forget to purchase Bikaner Snacks and Sweets
another attraction of the city.

Day 12: Bikaner/ Shekhawati
In the morning hours you will be leaving for Shekhrawati. By the lunchtime
you will be in the city, after having lunch at the hotel relax for some time
in the hotel. In the afternoon, you have an amazing visit to the palatial
havelies. You will definitely cherish the exquisite paintings and frescoes
that bedeck these havelis.

Day 13: Shekhawati/Delhi
Next day after breakfast proceed back to your destination. By afternoon you
will reach to Delhi. Check in the hotel, whole evening is at your leisure,
you can go to Connaught Place, Palika Bazaar for shopping or just for
freaking out.
Over night at hotel. A lavish farewell dinner awaits you at night.
Day 14: Onwards to Your Next Destination
Morning you will be accompanied by our agent to the International Indira
Gandhi Airport for your next exciting destination.
