Day 01 : 
Arrive at the Dabok Airport- 21km from Udaipur. It is the nearest airhead.
You will be greeted by our representative at the airport and will be
transferred to the hotel. At hotel a Royal Welcome is awaiting for you with
garlands and sweets accompanied by a welcome drink. There is a lavish dinner
at the Shiv Niwas courtyard for the entire guest, accompanied by shehnai
playing-a musical night, creating a royal wedding mood.
Day 02 :
After previous night's melodrama and thrill, another day starts with more
fun-excitement, leisure-relaxation. There is a choicest menu at breakfast.
The whole day is at leisure. Go for your last minute wedding shopping.
Evenings the hotel has made special arrangements for Mandhi Ceremony and
Geet Night (traditional marriage songs), full of fun and enthusiasm where
all the family members as well as guest participates.

Day 03 : The Night of the Wedding
Lunch is organized either at Shiv Niwas Palace lawns or at the Promenade.
Complete day is occupied in the preparations of the royal wedding at
Udaipur. Morning many traditional ritual/ceremonies will take place. Later
in afternoon all the close relatives (men folk) gather in the Durbar Hall
for tying safas (pink color turbans). The ladies are assisted by our staff
with their attire and designer-wears. All the guests assemble at Shiv Pole
at Shiv Nivas Palace, or Fatheh Pole at Fateh Prakash Palace, where a
welcome drink and light snacks are served. From there a royal procession
begins, the relatives and the guest dressed in typical Rajasthani costumes
are welcomed with rose petals and attar (rose water), followed by Dhol/
Nagada (traditional drums used for all the auspicious occasions).
The Groom adorned with royal dress and a face cover with flower strings
sits on the decorated horse leads the procession. White uniformed men line
up the entire row of the procession-route with lights followed by a fabulous
firework. The complete tableau is just amazing and full of excitement. The
procession heads towards the boat-jetty at the promenade where the Palace
band welcomes them; the guests are then escorted into decorated boats to be
ferried across the Lake to Jagmandir, the island-palace on Lake Pichola.
On arrival at the palace, the Barat (procession) is greeted with garlands,
sprinkling of flowers and attar. A lavish Rajasthani dinner waits for you
with non-stop courses, the bride in her most delicate mood- in her typical
bridal costume, steels the show. After performing of rituals and traditional
ceremonies- exchanging of garlands by bride and groom and performing of
7circles around the holy fire, the marriage comes to an end. The whole sight
is so much captivating and you, totally engulfed in the whole panorama, will
treasure the entire Indian wedding in your memories throughout life. Don't
forget to capture these splendid moments through your video-cam.
Day 4 :
Next day the guests are prepared to leave for their destination after
attending the royal Rajastnani wedding at Udaipur with some cherished
memories. Our considerate staff ensures that the coaches and cars are ready
to transfer them to the airport and railway station. All ticketing and
departure formalities are handled by our travel desk.
